Nestled in the fertile highlands of Minas Gerais, Brazil, Fazenda Nossa Senhora das Graças stands as a testament to the Peixoto family's century-long dedication to coffee cultivation. At an altitude of 4,200 feet, this farm, originally known as Fazenda Boa Vista, offers breathtaking views of the Rio Grande River valley and the majestic Serra da Canastra. The farm’s unique climate and fertile soil foster the growth of specialty coffee beans, cultivated with the same meticulous care and passion for quality that has been passed down through generations of the Peixoto family.

At "Fazenda Nossa Senhora dos Gracas" there are more than 18 distinct coffee plots. which range in size from 2 to 35 hectares. and each supports coffee trees of a specific variety that grows in its own unique microclimate. Even adjacent plots of the same variety can yield coffees with a remarkably different flavour profile due to the impact of these subtle differences in growing condition.

A region with fertile soil and a favorable climate for the cultivation of specialty coffees. a truly magical and astonishing place. Coffees from this region present outstanding citrus, floral and fruity notes, creamy and dense body, intense citric acidity, evident sweetness, and prolonged finish.
